i seriously fuckkin doubt that. not because Natives can not do it. But Because there are NOT hundreads of THOUSANDS OF ADVANCED DEGREES handed out in Canada every year. Unless 30% of those getting Advanced degrees every year are aboriginal that persons statement is a lie.. unless maybe they dont understand what an Advanced degree is and even then.... 1000s of Manitoban Aboriginals getting a Uni Degree or Diploma every year? even those numbers would be hard to back up

Maybe they are counting the degrees you can buy on the net.

My guess is any degree (or diploma, even high school diploma's) is considered an advanced degree by that letter writer.
