bigger breasts mean bigger bras... bigger bras mean increased shipping cost, production cost, material usage and increased waste in the landfill. This would be bad for the environment... unless I guess they all walked around with no Bras on..

Everything that any government or bureaucracy attempts is a money loser. Those idiots could do so much more good if they simply handed out the money without any fanfare. Gun registration - predicted cost was $2,000,000 and over 5 billion has been spent and we do not have gun registration, but the liberal created a money losing operation that harper hasn't shut down yet!
