S/He wants an orchidectomy? Cool. Why not simply put him/her in Kingston. He can get everything s/he wants: an orchidectomy and ton's of guy's around him/her to pleasure him/her.

How does someone who is found mentally unfit to be accoutable for his actions then get to plead in court that he needs money to have his nuts removed?

Maybe they should cut his balls off and then give them to someone in the justice system as it seems they don't have any, otherwise they just would have told this asshole to shut up and enjoy the scenery.

This happened quite frequently in Britain at one point until they passed a law saying that the state is not responsible for that particular operation.
