I know, haha. but if you go to CTV's homepage it has a big red banner as if it took out buildings and school and 100 of victims. lol but there were only 10 people on the plane and they are all fine. land gear melfunction. I was wondering if anyone else would notice that red banner as this is the first time i have seen it and thought it must be a big story if they pulled out the red banner. but its not. its in wake of those big airliners crashed in the states. lol

It was not a standard landing and it could have turned out much worse than it did. There were 10 very lucky peeps on that plane.

I see no red banner. Perhaps they jumped the gun and quickly de-escalated the alert.

Its probably a big deal to the 10 people who survived. Those 2 young pilots deserve a lot of admiration. Airplanes are designed to land on their wheels. As one of them said, its not something that you can practice.

I'll take the good news anyway I can.

Where did you hear that?
The guy interviewed on CTV who was on the plane kept referring to the pilots as guys...saying..."those guys stayed calm and kept their heads".

thanks....just went back and rewatched the video...and they seemed to have been careful not to identify the pilots were women.

The one guy interviewed said "i would fly with them again"...where I heard last night "fly with "him" again"...my mistake.

Glad to hear they are all safe...and male or female...the training is (supposed to be) the same...so we should expect nothing less than what they did.
