Big news conference with Canada's defence minister, I cannot remember his name, the guy who was sleeping with Belinda Stronach!
Canada scrambled its one jet that could make it to the Canadian border in the Arctic to do what?
The story was that the Russian bomber was very close to the Russian border!
Wow, we sent a Jet to fly close to Canadian air space to look at a Russian Bomber flying close to Russia's air space!
This was announced at a news conference! Must have been a no-news conference, as the Russian's have been flying in their own air space for quite a few years now!

Gee an F18 caught a Bear Bomber , boy that must have been a challenge . Wonder what they would do with a top line fighter that could fire back. After all our 18's are getting long in the tooth so to speak.

The story reminds me of Jon from the Daily show, making fun of CNN, MSNBC, Fox News when they have a breaking news storey on a subject, and they report nothing new is happening.
This was a non-event, with a Russian Bomber flying in Russian air space. Where was the News?
