If you contributed to any mayoral or councillor candidates, please remember to sign and return the form to the address listed on the white sheet the candidate should have given you. you have until December 27.2011 to send it in. You will only receive a rebate within the guidelines and IF the person you contributed to submits an audited statement.

I don't think my deadbeat candidate would be able to figure out how to do an "audited" statement, because that would mean a huge expense to do an audited statement! lol

I can sign for an audited statement for a $50 fee! (is it illegal for someone to pretend that he/she is an auditor? (signed Bernie Madoff)
