I love how basically its taking a provincial responsibility (because its their property) and dumping it on the city.

I can see it now. 5 new enforcement officers hired to police playgrounds and sport fields and they are never there because they simply sit outside the hospital and nail people.. its all about revenue, not about making it safer.

But we do need to replace that photo enforcement revenue somewhere I guess.

I say we replace the people who propose these impositions. Out them by name, fire them by name and the ones that are still working - we make sure they're doing what needs to get done and not creating more layers of policy and the bureaucracy which holds it firmly together for 100 years. Like my friend from Yukoslavia said the other day - this country needs a revolution. I'm betting we'll see that sentiment reflected in the upcoming election.
