Yes let's e-mail them and let them know the list of products and umbrella companies that a growing group will boycott. They need to hear from people. Thanks for this initiative.

Meh.

I can think of dozens companies worth boycotting before Xerox if their photo radar division is the only gripe you have against them.

and... why have anything against Xerox or even the photo radar division?

I have tons against our city for enabling them. But they are just in business. Business to screw people over, no doubt about that. But they dont make the laws that enable them to screw people over.

I boycott the City and Xerox on a daily basis for the photo cameras by not being caught by them. Is that good enough for you?

Anyone involved with computers deserves to be boycotted!

I agree with Holly. Boycott the City of Winnipeg, by not driving on their streets, or using their transit, or calling their cops or fire department. That's teach them. Yeah, thats the ticket.

Translation - pay the ticket or else don't use City services including police. Sad times these are.

Here is what I hear you saying: "I do not care that the city lies to me and cheats me". Did I get that right?

For about the mazzionth time, no one is saying it is okay to run red lights nor is it okay to speed. The whole point to this exercise is to have the city play fair.

I get caught speeding? My bad. I get caught running a red light? My bad.

Just let's not have the city and Xerox LIE and CHEAT me.

Speed cameras are a tax for people who don't pay attention.

Right. More semantics. Pay it or leave. Pay it or don't call police etc etc. Your position is clear enough.

Grumpy - thanks for pointing out the difference. Some people just can't grasp it or don't care. It's the resistance to fact that is most curious though.

Obviously you have not been paying attention to the issue or else you wouldn't make such an uninformed statement.

As a matter of fact, from the comments of some here today, it clearly shows why the city can and does fri ck with us and get away with it.

Some here probably would bring their own vaseline to the banquet eh.

Who on this forum thinks that the "government" is above board, transparent, translucent??
It is the lying, lyers that unfortunately seem to be in power all over the place, when honest, clean, clear people get elected, it seems that power corrupts!
