Alzheimer's research facility opens today

By: Staff Writer

A new research facility that could help with early diagnosis of Alzheimer's will open at Riverview Health Centre today.

The new facility is equipped with EVestG technology recently invented at Australia's Monash University.

The collaboration of researchers from Monash and the University of Manitoba makes this facility the first of its kind in North America.

The centre will hold an opening today at noon with a brief introduction on how the technology and research could lead to non-invasive and timely diagnosis of Alzheimer's and other mental disorders.

If we cant laugh at our hardships what can we laugh at?

/two relatives and counting that we have had to deal with this with.
