According to WikiPedia, the CFL will be expanding in a couple of years.

Apparently Ottawa wants back in the game with another team.

IF ottawa comes back they should have to put up a 40 million dollar bond as a play guarantee. They get 5 million back every year that they complete a season.

buy an old air craft carrier, build the stadium on it and have it move from main city to main city and they can all share the team.

Ahh yes...there was SUPPOSED to be a team in Halifax...but they didn't get the stadium done.

That Baltimore team was VERY successful. They had great fans, great attendance. There is still a core group of Stallion fans that travel to the Grey Cup game every year.

Isn't the Baltimore team Montreal, with the same Head Man there after 11 years? And 8/11 years at the Grey Cup? bad record lol

You gotta love their spirit in Halifax. They have a team name, logo, cheerleaders, and they host the best party during Grey Cup week, and they don't even have a team! They deserve a team more than Ottawa, but unfortunately they don't have a decent park to play in. I believe it will happen sooner or later. If not Halifax/Dartmouth, then Moncton .. but maybe both! NS has a pop of 1 million in a relatively condensed area, and the Halifax/Dartmouth area is over a half mil I believe. They should have no problem supporting a team there.

Heh.. Can you imagine playing a grey cup there in an open stadium during one of their massive 5 foot snow falls?

heheh... be way better then the Grey cup played in the fog many moons ago.
