Talk about employment period for people. Not sure why you'd be so dismissive. Any employment that helps people pay their bills and maintain a sense of dignity is a good thing no?

Most such jobs should be considered entry level allowing the employee if so inclined to gain valuable work experience, grow within an organization and redeploy those skills in ever more significant roles, inside and outside that organization.

All in all a good thing.

LMFAO, what a long winded advertisement for what basically amounts to part-time Christmas help for minimum wage. I call that dreaming big, a big f'ing joke.

Actually, I think the agency that placed the ad made the mistake. Usually, just a summary of the job is advertised, not the complete job description.

Have to give Wal-Mart credit though, thats a pretty thorough job description. Anyone else got one that is that extensive? I don't.
