no no. Canada did 100% right by charging him and doing a full investigation in an open and public manner. If we had not it would tarnish our reputation around the world.

Once the one umm interpretter? or whatever the guy was, reported it we were duty bound to see it through to the end.

Why was the interpretter believed? Better yet, why was he there....in the middle of a fire fight?

he was part of the battlefield group. If I remember correctly this officer was attached to an Afghan soldier group and he needed the interpreter to be able to discuss and suggest things to them. He actually wanted to get aid for them but the commanding soldier ( an afghan) ordered them to leave the area and would not request help.

A lot of Nazi Officers and Guards at the Nazi Death Camps were or should have been charged with MURDER, Durring Hitler's War.

I can understand it, but in this situation I dont agree with it.

What I dont understand is why we are still in Afganistan? The west will never win there. The pashtuns would rather die, and the only way to win would be to become like NAZIs and extermninate them. This is something I would not agree to.
