I know nobody actually wins anything big with this thing...but I figure why not get together and see if a couple of us can match some big prizes?

Maybe you have a game piece I need, or vice-versa.

I'd be happy to split 50-50 any large prize with someone. I think usually there's a choice between a prize or the cash value of it...so we can take the cash and split it up Smile.

Start's October 7th.

heh... you win by holding the one correct property for the bunch.

Within 3 days of the contest everyone usually knows which one from the group is the winner. For the big prizes like the Park Place board walk... it would be much cheaper to go buy 10 big macs and 10 large fries then to split the prize with me to get my worthless park place.

Just buy the big mac, take the game piece, and give it to a homeless person. You'll feel good about feeding the poor - it may not be the best food value, but its better than giving cash that will get spent on intoxicants.

Oh wait, does a big mac count as an intoxicant?

I would say it does count! I don't eat at Rotten Ronnies much anymore and when I did I never won anything on that Monopoly. Has anyone you know ever won?

It's been argued that their "special sauce" has addictive qualities in it.

So it could be adding an addiction to the intoxicants Wink.
