So it was all over the news yesterday. A store has been charged for SELLING things. And not only did they sell things, but they also MADE A PROFIT off of it. Prices on the offending products were greatly inflated, but if you think about it, shouldn't it make it harder for said clients to buy? Besides, why shouldn't bums have mouthwash? Have you ever smelt their breath?

Holy molly! My Elan Designs Ltd store is on Erin Street just south of St Matthews and I am going in today, because we have made in Wpg sofas starting at $1299, regular $1950, with a select choice of 200 fabrics. Check the Free Press ad in the front section today. If I do not post later, than you know that I have been arrested! lol
By the way , these sofas are way better than the made in China, Mexico & other warehouse stuff out there.

Anyone remember the late John Rogers lobbying the MLCC to offer some real cheap booze so that the lower end alcoholics didn't have to resort to buying mouthwash to drink as an intoxicant?

There were, and still are, some of us who not only advocated what Rodgers was pushing but who also have called for 24 hour access to pubs, vendors, what have you. Why not? If someone is going to abuse a substance they will find a way....best to have them confined to one space instead of all running around at three in the morning chasing down that last case? That party? Or looking for someone to mug?

I really don't know anymore....

That tells me that the store is down town where the poor smokers cannot afford a $10 pack. Poor people don't get ant breaks! The law is aimed at preventing kids from buying one at a time, but the law paints a wide swath at all poor people who really should't be smoking!
