and

seems to indicate no spraying has happened anywhere in the province for adult mosquito control.

Then again...someone needs to talk to CJOB...as they were saying rural areas are being sprayed, but within the city is not.

I was on the road most the day yesterday...heard quite a few news stories...even called in on one of them.

I thought only the Jewish seniors were allowed into Florida? lol
It has to be a pretty cool summer, because I can hear the mosquitoes shivering out there!

Yep Manitoba is the only place on the planet who has mosquitoes. I guess the mosquitoes I saw in BC, Alberta and Ontario were figments of my imagination. Shocked

But, but, but... It's not true Goth_chic. Don't believe them. You were hallucinating. I'll be you believe that it gets cold outside Winnipeg also.

Well, I am in my gazeebo, wearing my heavy sweats, a long sleeve shirt and heavy sweater with my Mother's wool blanket over my head and shoulders, and I am still shivering!
It is 61*F or 16*C in my house, with the wind blowing through.

Yes....?

And do you like it like this, or do you, like I, know that this weather pattern is not normal, and there are humans that are wrecking our normal summers?

Now I know why I am cold!
House down 1 more degree!
Thank goodness for global warming!
When will we hear a weather report like this
Current Wpg temp is 10*C, adjusted to cancel global warming 8*?
The government seasonally adjusts things to keep us in the dark!

frick no. This is probably the coldest summer Winnipeg has likely experienced since 1993 when Mt. Pinatubo erupted. That was a horribly cold and wet summer.
