Hello. I have a strange question that I'm hoping someone can answer.

I'm not sure who runs this forum. I'm just wondering why it said that anything that goes against French law is not allowed? It said this when I signed up, in the Terms of Service area.

It may be a silly question. I'm just curious what French law has to do with this forum?

The creators and hosts for this forum are from France. That is why I am recreating some of the icons. Most are in French.

And I am the developer of the winnipeg sandbox....
