this is messed up, I can understand why they are pissed.. the dude actually tried to kill the officer who was putting the spike belt down.

but just wow. the beating they laid on the guy after he was obviously knocked out from being thrown from the van? crazy...

Granted the guy was in all probability unconscious, but there was no effort made to handcuff him, just lay a beating on him. While they don't outright say it, it sounds like theres more to it. Why did it take a year for this to come to light? If you're going to record things, shouldn't someone be reviewing it? And if they do, shouldn't they do something in a case like this? Anyway, the City took action, made it public and are moving on. anyone taking the hint?

It almost seems like the one officer you can see running back to his car, realizes that he is recording it, because right after that the video stops.

That was on the news last night. Five officers were fired as a result. I wonder if this is one of those situations that the public should not have the right to know...
