Hi its me Lan *waves*

I was wondering what your rules are on bumping threads up. I mean, is there a mod who locks threads when its time to end them or are ya'll okay with folks replying to a thread that is say 2 months old and starts that up again.

Just wondering.. thanks and.. have a nice day!

Hey Lan... go right ahead.

The only thing you can't do is identify a person who wishes to remain anonymous.

The lack of any sane rules is disgusting!!
The mods are so lazy on this forum it is embarassing!!
The removale of the thumbs down feature was the start of this forums decline!
Any forum worth anything would look after its more JUVENILE posters, because those juvenile posters are the lifeblood to all forums! 97% of forum leaders know this fact! Soo, does this forum do that ??? Noooooo!!

lol!

Thanks are typically given as sign of appreciation... whether that be for making a good point, or making a funny.... or just being a terrific administRATor Smile

Hi Lan.

Rosen gets really pissed when somebody resurrects an old thread.

IanFearinc- if you give me the location of all of your posts, I will get you a thumbs up for all. If you list them for everyone, everyome will give you a thumbs up. Then you have to complain about the abscence of the famous thumbs down scandel about 4 weeks ago, when overnight DeanK went down to a -100, and GOM went from +88 to ZERO.
No one ever figured out who did this dastardly deed, except I believe G.O.M. could tell because he has the inside information! All G.O.M. did was call this female person JUVENILE!!, and he dismantled the thumbs down thingsybobble, and since then this forum has dropped 68% in its intrigue level, with no or very little hope of ever recovering.
G.O.M. was pretty nice about the situation, in that he claimed that he forgave the juvenile girl who did the bad deed.
I think G.O.M. wasn't truthful, because I checked his posting and compared it to my good friend Brian Mulroney, and I did not sea much differance.

How does one search for posts? Is that something like cut and paste?? Which took me 4 years to learn, thanks to DeanK's patient teaching ability!

Ianfearinc you have to go and list your posts- the thread and the # - that will make it easier to get thumbs up votes- If I am bored later I will re-do a thread labelled- Encourage Ianfearinc with thumbs up- and I would list this thread and give the location as #18 , so everyone can give you a thumbs up.
You have 9 posts and 14 thumbs up which at 14/9= 1.555 thumbs up per post and makes you the forum leader by %!
CONGRATULATIONS!! I am not sure if their is a prize set up as yet, but that could be another thread if you have no life and are postng on the 2nd day of spring this year in Winnipeg!

hey.. check this out.. if you go to the portal link.. you know that tiny teeny tiny so small you might not even see it tiny button on top with a P? well anyways. if you hit that.. then there is a link for the top posters of the day.. (im on it today =P) WOOT.

so, just thought i would mention. that. Otherwise.. if you click on anyones profile here, then go to their statistics tab, there is a link where you can query every post they've made.

this little helpful statistical section also shows how many thanks you've got and given and also it shows if someone has negative thanked you.

Ok.. WHo negative thanked me? I have 1 negative thanks and I want to know who the culprit is that negative-ized me here.!!! Speak up and i'll meet you in the fight section!!!

*puts on boxing gloves*

PI Tip

There is only one type of member of the sandbox that is capable of negativizing another member. That would be the member using ie6. Begin your investigation there and you will find the culprit.
