yeah.. starting to get a huge pile of garbage behind my house.. I am hoping they bring back gabage day real soon or else I will have to rent a truck to get rid of mine.

Starbucks was giving away free coffee today if you brought your own mug, in honor of Earth Day. I stopped in at the Regent location, was my first time in a Starbucks, anxious to see what a 6 dollar cup of coffee tasted like. I stepped outside proudly admiring my mug of Starbucks, I didn't see the loose brick in front of me and the Starbucks and I went for a tumble on the sidewalk......sidewalk got the coffee and now I'll never know what a 6 dollar coffee tastes like Sad

imagine if you will.. burnt acorns mixed with toasted dog poop from a dog that ate a cat. that had eaten a rotten fish. imagine mixing this with way too hot water and putting it in a cup..

well that fish is a pickeral... so maybe you missed a little... but no.. not that much... no amount of sugar made it drinkable the time I purchased it, nor the time my boss insisted we go there. There speciality drinks like lattes and such are great... but the regular coffee... well aint so great

Well, I wasn't crazy about the free Pikes Whatever coffee that they were giving out yesterday, but some of the blends are pretty good. Verona is nice, for example. Dark though.

Rather amazing the amount of electronics they rounded up, at the depots there should be a year round program for them .

So the PC's want a government-supported year-round facility, and the NDP is looking for private investors/partners to increase e-waste services. Paradigm shift or what? who are the socialists now?

I don't think there is enough money in the recyclable business to get the private sector totally into it . As the demand has a wild fluctuation to it . Price and need for it also do. But there has to be an effort made to improve our ways .
