Canucks because they can do exactly what they did last night....play hard enough to score one more goal than the other team, and ride Lou for all he's got.

Vancouver in 5. St. Louis had a strong end to the season but I think their momentum is broken after the 1st loss. Vancouver can stop them defensively and will probably break out a bit more offensively in the next couple games.

I think this will be the most evenly matched series of the first round. The Blues actually finished with the best record in the last half of the NHL regular season. If Vancouver has been inconsistant all year and if they underestimate the Blues, the series can change in a heartbeat.

As predicted, Vancouver scores just enough to allow Lou to carry them to the finish line.

What a horrid series. Only the Detroit - Columbus series sucks more. And maybe the Boston - Montreal series.

I think the fact that the Blues got swept isn't really a fair measure of the series. It was very close for the most part, and with the exception of one game, the Blues were always within one goal of tying the game. Luongo made the difference.
