Personally I find this show very entertaining.
It's sad to see them go...but good to see them end the show while it's still drawing a crowd, instead of bleeding a slow miserable death.

Final episode tonight...who else will be watching?

Corner Gas is awful and I am happy to see it go. Smile The only show I watch right now is House, the rest of my TV viewing is documentaries, Discovery Civilization, Disc. Health etc...

Weird end but it was a good show like goth I find Brent not that funny the guy I liked was his father forget his name . Supposedly something new coming in the works so they say Brent and his wife Nancy Robertson.

I saw an advert that said they were going to have something just before the show and just after... and neither item showed up... did they have that at some different time for some reason?

Corner Gas went out with a gas-fueled, record-breaking big bang.

The series finale of the Canadian sitcom Corner Gas attracted an average of almost 3 million viewers -- 2.914 million, to be exact -- to CTV and A on Monday night.

That number represents a new audience high for Corner Gas.

According to a release from CTV, it also represents the biggest audience for a Canadian scripted series since CTV began electronic measurement in 1994.

More than 4.2 million Canadian viewers -- or about one in three viewers in English Canada who had their TVs on at the time -- watched at least part of the final episode.

In the finale, lead character Brent Leroy (played by series creator Brent Butt) decided to pass up a potential standup-comedy career to remain in his home town of Dog River, Sask.

Earlier Monday on CTV, 763,000 viewers watched a retrospective special titled It's Been a Gas.

They must be repeating the finale on saturday at 8 P.M., as I saw an ad for the final. Sorry I missed it, must have been outside chipping away at the ice jam, preventing me from getting into my gazeebo and outdoor TV!
Less than kind is hilarious, but it is on against Jack Bauer,24, so I never see it!

Less Than Kind is extremely focused humour imho. It's only really funny if you're Jewish or live in the North End I reckon.

Too bad Maury isn't still doing Nero Wolfe.

Actually they live in Garden City which technically isn't the North End.

Tyndall Park is the North End...it is Winnipeg school division number 1 right? Maples and GC are in Seven Oaks. So there.

LOL when I first moved there from Fort Garry I described to a neighbor where I was moving to and she was like "GASP... thats the north END!! are you sure you want to move there?"

Everything north of Portage Ave is the north end. Everything east of Lag is Transcona.
