I noticed on Monday that the whether man was fudging the wind chill factor!
-24 and a wind of 20km = -34
This Monday -24 and a wind chill of 60= -34

Do you think anyone decided to move to Wpg to warm up?
Do you think Sam Katz was trying to keep people away from the IKEA meating?

windchill= 13.12 + 0.6215T – 11.37V^0.16 + 0.3965TV^0.16.

So it is -16* and wind at 11 kgms/litre= -24* with wind chill

So on Monday when it was -24* and wind at 60 litres/yard how did they get a rating of -34- They were lying?
Where is the truthiness in reporting how damn cold it is in Winnipeg?
Why are our bragging rights being constrained?
This smells of Mayor Sam's involvement!

ACtually, the problem comes from Environment Canada. After the HRDC Boondoggle, all the Liberal hacks were transferred from HRDC to Envionment Canada, and we all know what those guys can do with numbers.
