I got to watch two awesome games of hockey at the MTS centre tonight
first off the rockers and the lakers went head to head with the rockers narrowly winning by one goal.

then the moose game started up.. real nice... one fight... tons of moose penalties some damn fine hockey ending in a tie, no goals in overtime and then a shootout with the moose narrowly winning by one goal. tons of fun.
My kids and thier team mates STARTED THE WAVE!!! it took like 5+ attempts to get it going,,, but once it got going it went around the arena like 5 or 6 times.

damn that was awesome the watch how the wave got bigger and bigger and bigger and finally big enough to make it around the arena.

I remember taking my 2 boys to the Jets games! What a great feeling! I used to buy the 7-11 cheap seats in the nosebleed section, and then watch my 2 youngsters walk down to grab some empty lower seats.
